So I’ve had many requests to build a workout routine and make a video for the routine. It was a challenge to pick the suitable timings and suitable exercises, but in the end, we got there.
The session is an all over body workout, which should leave you feeling sore in all of the right places. It test’s your strength and endurance levels. you’ll find that towards the end, even I was struggling to keep up – embarrassing much!
