20 Minute HIIT Workout

Hi guys, are you ready to burn some fat and build muscle? This 20 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) could be the workout just for you. Check it out.

So the video is actually 27 minutes long but it is supposed to be a 20-minute workout. It can be done, but I spent too much time showing you what’s what.

If you already know the exercises or want something to take away with you. Here is the routine:

Warm up

  • Star Jumps 1 minute
  • March and Knee hugs 1 minute
  • 30 seconds rest
  • REPEAT 2x

Main session 1

  • Squats 30 seconds
  • Push ups 30 seconds
  • 30-second rest
  • REPEAT 3x

Main Session 2

  • Lunges 30 seconds
  • Glute Bridges 30 seconds
  • 30 seconds rest
  • REPEAT 3x

Cool Down

  • Bicycle crunches 40 seconds
  • Back extensions 40 seconds
  • 20 seconds rest
  • REPEAT 3x
