Hi guys, are you ready to burn some fat and build muscle? This 20 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) could be the workout just for you. Check it out.
So the video is actually 27 minutes long but it is supposed to be a 20-minute workout. It can be done, but I spent too much time showing you what’s what.
If you already know the exercises or want something to take away with you. Here is the routine:

- Star Jumps 1 minute
- March and Knee hugs 1 minute
- 30 seconds rest
- REPEAT 2x
Main session 1
- Squats 30 seconds
- Push ups 30 seconds
- 30-second rest
- REPEAT 3x
Main Session 2

I hope you like the 20 Minute HIIT session I have created here and I hope you can try it and let me know what you think. I felt pumped after this workout, and it can actually be done in 20 minutes! If I can get 10 thumbs up on this video, I’ll make more – with a bit more style and finesse. 🙂
